MISSION STATEMENT
The Fair Lawn Jewish Community Council’s purposes are to:
Create a common council or affiliation of Jewish organizations and agencies in the Borough of Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
Serve as central agency and spokesperson for the Jewish community,in relation to all problems and common concerns requiring united action.
Serve as a clearing house of Jewish organizations and prevent conflict of dates, programs and activities.
Promote a spirit of goodwill among all peoples, in accordance with Jewish ideals and principles.
Provide educational, cultural, social and recreational activities and services, alone or in conjunction with other organizations, for the benefit of the Jewish community of Fair Lawn.
Do any and all things necessary or proper in connection with or incidental to any of the foregoing purposes.
